In the Kyrie and Sanctus movements, you are kept a little off balance as the rhythm moves between duple (2, No. 4 or 4, No. 4) to triple (3, No. 4) meters on almost a measure by measure basis. The Gloria has an underlying energetic feel with the running sixteenth notes in the organ, contrasted with a middle section with a slower, espressivo mood. The Agnus Dei brings back the feel of that contrasting section, and ends as quietly as possible.
