Description
The so-called "sixth" violin concerto by Mozart, is handed down in two sources: a French set of parts with a score and a Berlin score. The work was considered by the editors of the New Mozart Edition of dubious authenticity, although many scientists recognize in him clearly Mozart's peculiarities.
This edition takes into account both sources mentioned above and also includes the cadenzas contained in the corresponding appendix volume of the New Mozart edition, although these are certainly not from Mozart's pen.
